Our Care Philosophy

When you come to Westmount Optometrists, you become a part of our eye care family. We take the time to get to know each individual to help serve your individual eye care needs.

Westmount Optometrists combines fundamental eye care diagnostic technologies to provide you with the care you need. Retinal imaging and other diagnostic technologies help us provide you with accurate monitoring and management.

Trust Us, You’ll See

A cheeky play on words. We are sure that we can help you maintain your eye health and preserve your vision at our practice.

Our Mission

Our mission statement speaks to the kind of relationship that we work to build with our patients.

“By earning your trust and confidence, which can only be done by providing great care, we can work together to promote excellent lifelong eye health.”

Our promise to you:

  • We will only recommend necessary treatments to enhance your vision and protect your eye health
  • All treatments recommended are based on good, peer-reviewed science
  • Our number one focus will always be your visual well-being

Giving Back Across the World

We are passionate about helping people see clearly and maintain healthy eyes both in London and around the world.

That’s why we participate in global volunteer missions. From Guyana in South America and beyond, we have participated in eye care initiatives to help those in need and provide medical attention where it might not otherwise be accessible.

After his first mission to Guyana in 1998, Dr. White learned just how much eye care means to people in less fortunate areas. Since then, these volunteer missions have become a yearly tradition, and we have provided primary vision care services to Trinidad, Tobago, Grenada, and Belize.

You can help support these missions by donating your out-of-date or previously loved glasses to our office. We require thousands of glasses for each of our volunteer missions and the communities who receive these donations appreciate it more than words can say.

The clinics we run are largely funded by us and our colleagues. Purchasing products and services from our clinic helps us afford to make these important donations.

Thank you for your ongoing support in helping us help others! We have a lot of fun helping others, and you can see the difference it makes.
